About
I'm an Occupational Therapist, mother, and passionate advocate for women's wellbeing.
For more than eight years, I've supported children, families, and caregivers across private practice, schools, community settings, and within their homes. Along the way I recognised a growing need for support that focuses not only on children, but on the women carrying so much behind the scenes.
As a single mother and OT, I understand the challenges of navigating motherhood, life transitions, neurodiversity, birth trauma, separation, and the many roles women hold. My approach combines occupational therapy, movement, and nervous system regulation to help women create practical, sustainable changes that support everyday wellbeing.
My mission is to help women reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and create lives that feel meaningful, manageable, and aligned with what matters most.
