Reconnect and rebuild.

Practical, evidence-based support that meets women where they are.

Women often spend so much time caring for others, adapting to change, and meeting life’s demands that they lose connection with themselves, their wellbeing, and the things that bring meaning and purpose to their lives.

Occupational therapy provides a space to pause, reflect, and rediscover what is important to YOU. Through a personalised and holistic approach, my aim is to support women to build confidence, independence, self-worth, balance, and a sustainable relationship with life and self.

Why Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy recognises that participating in meaningful occupations—the everyday activities we need, want, and are expected to do—is an important part of health and wellbeing. OT considers how life circumstances, environments, health and routines can support or impact participation in the activities, roles and relationships that bring meaning to our lives.

At For Her., Sarah’s lived experience as a mother has been a driving force behind creating a service that helps women reconnect with themselves, build meaningful connections and make space for the people, activities and experiences that bring joy and purpose to life.
